The water flows gently today as levels return to normal after a period of heavy rain.
The trails like the river meander gently along and there is plenty of activity as the squirrels gather the rest of their winter supplies.
It’s hard to beat walking along the woodland carpet and admiring the colour.
That’s at least 5K walked and time to go back to the couch, although it may be time for a coffee at the stables.
